I sent you an email, why haven't you responded!?
We try to respond to emails as quickly as possible. However, please remember that this is our side and we do have a crazy busy family life and full-time job outside of that. Our business hours are Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm US Central. If you send us a message outside of those hours or over the weekend it may take a bit longer for us to respond.
Where is my yarn!?
We only ship once a week, on Mondays. Sometimes things happens as there is just really one person making / packing and shipping orders but we do our best to get you your stuff in a timely fashion. Once shipping labels are printed, orders are usually picked up within 24 hours. Priority shipping inside the U.S. can take up to 4 days depending on where you’re located. International orders can take up to 25 days to arrive. Our PO isn't the greatest about scanning orders so tracking numbers may not be activated until they hit the destination PO. This is especially true with First Class postage.
Please note: Right now our beloved shipping services are under a TON of pressure. They're doing their best but running behind. Please take this into consideration and allow extra time for shipping. Please wait 10 business days without any package movement to contact us about missing packages. Most of the time they show up, just delayed.
Dyed to order items are shipped within 3-4 weeks unless otherwise specified in the item listing. If your order contains both ready to ship and dyed to order we will wait and ship everything together. We hope to be able to knock down that turnaround time at some point but we truly value quality over quantity and want your order to be it's raddest!
What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you can return it no questions asked.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is defective because of an error on our part we will reimburse your return shipping cost. Items returned must be in original condition. This includes being in all original packaging, free of smells and animal hair. If an item is returned and deemed unsellable it will be shipped back to you and a refund will not be issued. Special and custom orders may not be returned.
